Application Process
From surface preparation to final protection

Substrate Treatment
Remove dust, oil, and loose material. Repair cracks and holes with anti-crack mortar. Ensure the wall is solid, flat, dry, and below 10% moisture content.
Use a moisture meter 鈥?below 10% is essential for stone paint.

Putty Leveling
Apply two coats of anti-crack putty. Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first for better coverage. Sand smooth after drying.
Multiple thin coats are stronger than one thick coat.

Fiberglass Mesh Embedding
Embed fiberglass mesh into the second putty layer to prevent cracking. Use a level to mark horizontal/vertical grid lines (40-120 cm spacing) and apply masking tape along them.
Press tape edges firmly to prevent seepage.

Alkali-Resistant Primer
Roll or spray one even coat of alkali-resistant primer. This prevents alkali migration and improves adhesion. Ensure full coverage without drips.
Alkali-resistant primer is critical for exterior longevity.

Stone Paint Spraying
Spray in two passes: first a light coverage coat, then (after drying) a full build coat for rich grain and uniform color. Adjust air pressure and nozzle distance based on desired particle effect.
Adjust nozzle pressure to control particle size and texture.

Tape Removal & Touch-Up
When the stone paint is surface-dry (1-2 hrs), peel off masking tape quickly along the grid lines to prevent rough edges. Inspect corners and touch up missed spots.
Don't wait too long 鈥?dry paint tears when tape is removed.

Topcoat Sealer
After the stone paint fully cures (24-48 hrs), apply two coats of clear topcoat sealer. This creates a protective film for water resistance, stain resistance, and UV protection.
Two thin sealer coats outperform one thick coat.
Steps may vary depending on substrate conditions, indoor/outdoor location, ambient temperature, and the specific decorative effect desired. This guide is for reference only. Always refer to the full technical datasheet for your specific product.
